10.0.0.1 Piso WiFi — Login, Pause Time & Fix Guide

Piso WiFi machines — the coin-operated hotspots found across the Philippines — use 10.0.0.1 as their admin and user portal. This page opens that portal for you, then walks through the two things people need most: pausing your paid time so you don’t waste it, and fixing the portal when it refuses to load.

Tip: your router must be on this network. If the page does not load, try the other common IPs below.

How to pause your Piso WiFi time

The pause feature is why most people look up 10.0.0.1 — it lets you bank the minutes you’ve paid for and resume later instead of the timer running while you’re away.

  1. Connect to the Piso WiFi network you paid on — pause only works from that same hotspot.
  2. Open 10.0.0.1 using the button above (or type it into your browser).
  3. Find the Pause button on the user portal. On most LPB Piso WiFi and similar firmware it’s labelled “Pause” right on the status screen.
  4. Tap Pause. Your remaining time freezes. When you return, open 10.0.0.1 again and tap Resume.

Note: some vendor firmwares rename or hide the pause button. If you don’t see it, the machine’s owner may have disabled pausing — that’s a per-machine setting, not something you can change from your phone.

10.0.0.1 not working? Fix it in order

  1. Confirm you’re on the Piso WiFi network, not mobile data or a different WiFi. The portal only exists on that hotspot.
  2. Type the address exactly: 10.0.0.1 — not “10.0.0.1.1”, not with “www”. Some phones auto-search instead of opening it; add http:// in front to force it.
  3. Turn off mobile data while connected. Phones sometimes route the request over data, which can’t reach the local portal.
  4. Clear your browser cache or open the address in a private/incognito window — a stale cached page is a common culprit.
  5. Forget and rejoin the Piso WiFi network, then reopen 10.0.0.1.
  6. Try another browser. A few portals misbehave in one browser but load fine in another.

What the different 10.0.0.1 screens mean

Screen What it’s for
User portal Insert coins, see your time balance, pause/resume — this is the one customers use
Admin login For the machine owner only — sets rates, vouchers and the pause setting
Voucher entry Redeem a prepaid code if the owner sells vouchers instead of coins

10.0.0.1 vs 192.168.x.x — which is your router?

10.0.0.1 is the default for Piso WiFi vendo machines and some home gateways (notably Xfinity/Comcast). Most home routers instead use 192.168.1.1 Router Login or 192.168.0.1 Router Login. If 10.0.0.1 shows a normal router login rather than a coin/time portal, you’re looking at a home gateway — see our Router Default Passwords for the login.

How do I pause my Piso WiFi time?

Connect to the Piso WiFi network, open 10.0.0.1, and tap the Pause button on the user portal. Reopen 10.0.0.1 and tap Resume when you’re back. If there’s no pause button, the owner disabled it on that machine.

Why won't 10.0.0.1 open?

The most common reasons: you’re not connected to the Piso WiFi hotspot, mobile data is overriding the request, or a cached page is stuck. Turn off mobile data, add http:// before the address, and try an incognito window.

What is the 10.0.0.1 password for Piso WiFi?

The user portal (pause, balance, coins) needs no password. The admin panel does, and only the machine’s owner has it — it’s set when the vendo is configured.

Is 10.0.0.1 the same as 192.168.1.1?

No — they’re different default gateway addresses. Piso WiFi and some cable gateways use 10.0.0.1; most home routers use 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1.

Can I pause Piso WiFi from mobile data?

No. The 10.0.0.1 portal only exists on the Piso WiFi hotspot itself, so you must be connected to that network for pause to work.
