192.168.0.1 is the default admin address for many routers — especially D-Link, TP-Link, Tenda and Netgear models. It’s the close cousin of 192.168.1.1, and the number-one reason a router page “won’t load” is trying one when your router uses the other. The helper above opens it directly.
How to log in
- Connect to the router’s WiFi or a cable.
- Type http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar (not a search box) and press Enter.
- Enter your admin username and password.
- You’re in the dashboard — change WiFi name, password, or other settings, then save.

0.1 or 1.1 — which does my router use?
There’s no way to tell from the outside, so the reliable method is to check your default gateway: run ipconfig on Windows or open Network settings on a Mac or phone and read the “Router”/”Gateway” field. Whatever address it shows is the one to type. If neither 0.1 nor 1.1 works, some gateways use 10.0.0.1.
